Infrastructure in e-commerce is the back bone framework or backbone of the business is run by ICT technologies. Choi, Stahl, & Whinston (1997) identified e-commerce framework infratrusture infrstructure become business service, information distribution infrastructure, multimedia content and network, network infrastructure, and interfacing infrastructure.
