Education is an attempt to develop the personality and ability inside and outside of school and lasts a lifetime. Education affects the learning process, the higher the education a person of the easier person to receive the information. With higher education then the person will tend to get the information, either from others or from the media. The more information you enter the more knowledge gained about health. Knowledge is closely associated with education where hopefully someone with tertiary education, then that person will be more knowledgeable knowledge. However, it should be emphasized that a low education does not mean absolute knowledge also lower. Increased knowledge is not absolute acquired in formal education, but also can be obtained in non-formal education. One's knowledge of an object also contains two aspects: positive and negative. The second aspect is what will ultimately determine one's attitude toward a particular object. The more positive aspects of the object is known, will foster a more positive attitude towards the object.


Information / Media


Information gained from both formal and non formal education can influence short-term (immediate impact) resulting in a change or an increase in knowledge. The rapid advancement of technology will be available an assortment of media that can influence people's knowledge of new innovations. As a means of communication, various forms of mass media such as television, radio, newspapers, magazines, and others have a major influence on the formation of opinion and belief of people. In the submission of information as the main task, the mass media also carry messages which contain suggestions that can lead a person's opinion. New information about something that provides the foundation for the formation of new cognitive science to it.


Social, cultural and economic


Customs and traditions that people do without reasoning whether done well or poorly. Thus one will increase in knowledge, although not do. Economic status of a person will determine the availability of a facility that is required for certain activities.


Environment


Environment is everything that exists around the individual, both the physical environment, biological, and social. Environmental influence on the process of entry into the knowledge of individuals who are in the neighborhood. This is due to the interaction of reciprocal or not will respond as knowledge by every individual.


Experience


Experience as a source of knowledge is a way to acquire knowledge of truth by repeating back the acquired knowledge in solving the problems facing the past. The learning experience in the work developed provides the knowledge and professional skills and experience learned during the work will be able to develop the ability to make decisions which are manifestations of integrating scientific and ethical reasoning which departed from the real problems in the field of work.


Age


Age affects the power of perception and mindset of someone. Increasing age will be growing also of perception and thought patterns, so that the knowledge gained is getting better. In middle age, people will be more actively involved in community and social life as well as more preparations for the success of efforts to adapt to the old age, in addition to the middle age people will use more time for reading
