Education
Education is an attempt to develop the personality and abilities inside and outside the school and lasts a lifetime. Education affects the learning process, the higher education of the person of the easier person to receive the information. With higher education, the person will tend to get information, either from other people or from the media. The more information you enter the more knowledge gained knowledge about health is closely associated with education where hopefully someone with higher education, then that person will be more knowledgeable knowledge. However, it should be emphasized that a low level of education does not mean absolute knowledgeable low. Increased knowledge is not absolute acquired in formal education, but also can be obtained in non-formal education. One's knowledge of an object also contains two aspects: positive and negative. The second aspect is what will ultimately determine one's attitude toward a particular object. The more positive aspects of the object is known, will grow increasingly positive attitude toward the object.
Information (News Paper, Internet, TV)
Information obtained from both formal and non-formal education can influence short-term (immediate impact) resulting in a change or an increase in knowledge. Advances in technology will be available various mass media to influence public knowledge about new innovations. As a means of communication, various forms of mass media such as television, radio, newspapers, magazines, and others have a major influence on the formation of opinion and belief. In the delivery of information as the main task, the media brought with it the message that contains the suggestion that can direct one's opinion. New information about something that provides the foundation for the formation of new cognitive science to it.
Social, cultural and economic
Customs and traditions that made people without going through the reasoning is done well or poorly. Thus a person will increase in knowledge, although not do. Economic status of a person also will determine the availability of a facility that is required for certain activities, so that the socio-economic status will affect a person's knowledge.
Environment
The environment is everything that exists around the individual, both physical environment, biological, and social. Environmental effect on the entry process into individual knowledge which is in the neighborhood. This is due to the mutual interaction or not that will be responded as knowledge by each individual.
Experience
Experience as a source of knowledge is a way to acquire knowledge of truth by repeating back the acquired knowledge in solving the problems facing the past. Learning experiences in the work that was developed to provide knowledge and professional skills as well as learning experiences during the work will be able to develop the ability to make decisions which are manifestations of integrating scientific and ethical reasoning which is based on real problems in the field of work.
The Age
Age influences on perception and mindset of someone. Increasing age will grow anyway perception and thought patterns, so that the knowledge gained is getting better. At middle age, individuals will be more active in community and social life as well as more making preparations for the success of efforts to adapt to the old age, in addition to the middle age people will use more time to read. Intellectual ability, problem solving, and verbal abilities are reported almost no decline at this age. Two traditional attitudes about the course of development throughout life:
The older the more thoughtful, more information is found and the more things done to increase their knowledge. Can not teach a new skill to the elderly because of decline both physically and mentally. It can be estimated that IQ decreases with age, especially in some of the other abilities such as vocabulary and general knowledge. Some theories argue it turns a person's IQ will drop quite rapidly with age.
